Faye product work.

GOAT standard whey protein.
"Excel and succeed with your body!"

GOAT standard whey protein is a protein shake like none other before. Most shakes everywhere will have chemicals, sweetners and artificial colours in them. This is our purest blend of whey protein that will help build muscle and help with muscle recovery for after your training sessions.

Protein shakes work by giving the muscles in the body protein to either help fix the muscle fibres to repair and rebuild the muscle but the protein will fill the tears in the muscle making the muscle bigger when the muscle fibres reconstruct themselves. Also humans need protein in their diet for muscles to grow or maintain and not shrink in size. Without it the body may become malnourished and may cause health problems.

You may find with other shakes that when you mix it with a liquid substance it may struggle to mix properly and form clumps which can ruin the taste for you. We gave made sure to micronize the powder as small as we can to ensure that there are no clumps to ruin the shake for you.

The average amount of protein in other shakes is around 21g. However ours contains 29g of protein and has very little carbs in to help you maintain lean muscle and not put on any excess weight. Also you may find some shakes will contain a lot of calories which could also cause more unnecessary weight to be put on so we've managed to keep our calories at 50 per serving. The average is about 120 calories. So overall we beat our competition with more protein and less calories for the same average price that they sell theirs at!

This shake is aimed at anyone who is training regularly whether that be gym or sports to help you build muscle and reach your potential. Recommended age is 18+ as any protein shake may interfere with growth and development for younger people and we want to make sure everyone can grow and reach the physique that they want. Most protein shakes will be aimed at males because when people think gym first thoughts usually is males however there is an increase in females that are starting to train and even compete in Olympia competitions and we want to help everybody get to a stage were they are comfortable and happy.

Are message that we want to promote is positive self-esteem of people as there is a lot of people at the moment that have low self-esteem or aren't happy with where they are at because they think they are either "to big or to small" and everyone shouldn't think negatively of themselves and we want to help promote that you can have a positive self-esteem or a new view of yourself that you may like. We hope this may also build confidence in people and maybe get more people into bodybuilding and competing as the fitness community is smaller than most and we want to try and increase it as fitness makes everyone more happy with themselves rather than them doing no activities at all.

This product comes in a variety of flavours so everyone can pick and choose what they'd like to make getting healthier a bit more enjoyable!

Headhunter analysis.

Headhunter
Image result for headhunters

Women are represented in different ways withing the movie Headhunters. For example there are three main women in the film which are Diana, Lotte and Natasha.

Diana is Roger's wife and our first impressions of her is that she is living a nice lifestyle and that her husband buys her a lot of things. I thought at the beginning of the movie that she was only with him for the money but throughout the film Diana's character changes quite a bit for example we see that she wants to have a baby which shows she isn't with him just for the money however she seems to turn a bit when we meet Clas and it seems like she is taking an interest into him and later ends up sleeping with him because Roger told her no when asking about having a child. Towards the end of the film we see that she truly does love him as she helps him and tries to explain to him everything that happened and that she made a mistake and that she wanted to be with Roger and that Clas was a mistake.

The second woman we see is Lotte. We see that Roger and her have sex at the beginning of the film showing that Roger doesn't take his current relationship with Diana seriously however Lotte is shown to be a clingy character and wants to stay with Roger however we see she betrays him by rubbing something in his hair so Clas could track him and try to kill him. She then tries to kill him when Roger shows up but he doesn't know it was her and they end up fighting when he finds out and he kills her. She is shown to an innocent character who "loved" Roger but really she was a psycho girl.

Finally the last woman we see is Natasha who is a Russian prostitute that Ove is sleeping with. She is shown to be like a woman who doesn't love Ove but will have sex with him because he is paying her which is obvious because she's a prostitute. This shows Natasha as more of an object rather than a normal human being because there is no love between them and they don't really care about each other and Ove later in the film is talking about buying more prostitutes with the money they'd make from stealing a painting showing women as objects.

Overall the film was quite good and each woman character was portrayed differently and worked out really well in the film.

Breathe analysis

Breathe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_YnYrLfjxA

Breathe is a biography film about a man who meets a lovely woman and starts to do all these adventures with her when suddenly he is struck with a disease called polio which paralyses him from the neck down and stops him from being able to breathe without a machine.

The film was published by Jonathan Cavendish and it is portraying the life style of his father and what he had to go through. It wasn't shown in the film but Jonathan's mother was also struck with polio for a week whilst pregnant with Johnathan however she miraculously no longer had polio and managed to live her life helping Robin Cavendish.

The film itself was great if you are into movies that make you quite emotional because it is sad to see how unlucky some people are and how we take life for granted whilst other people can't even breathe or do day to day things and are being kept alive by a machine.

During the film we see how he understandably struggled at first to cope with this new "lifestyle" and how he was being kept alive by a machine but after being told by his loving wife that he can't die the film then shows all the adventures they go on and all the fun things that they still did. I think an important message in the film is that you shouldn't just try to survive but you should want to live a life as said by Robin in the film.

The film is quite heartwarming because when it is showing the happy moments of his life it is nice to see because if he chose to die none of that would have happened but they are living as a family and turning a negative situation into a positive one.

There are also quite a few tense moments in the film for example when the dog runs under the bed and unplugs his machine and Robin can no longer breather and call for help. The wife isn't in the room but she is in another room and its painful to watch because she's isn't far away yet it feels like she is and luckily she walks in and plugs the machine back in. Robin then says "Well that was interesting" which further shows how he is the kind off person who tries to make everyone happy and turn negative situations into positive ones.

Robin goes to a German conference where they are talking about how everyone with his disease belongs in a hospital. He then sees that everyone in this hospital is locked up like they are in a prison. Robin was one of the first people with that disease to be out and about in a wheelchair that carried his disease so everyone at the conference was shocked to see how he was living. After the conference we see a lot of people with the disease that Robin has are now being put in these wheelchairs and they are now away from hospital and being stuck in bed all day.

Overall, I think the film was quite good and emotional to some. I think it is going to be quite successful and I think the film has the message that life will throw obstacle after obstacle at you but it is how you deal with it that makes you who you are. Robin tried to make the best of his life and did so and lived for quite a long time for someone who had polio.

Hurricane Ophelia getting STRONGER: Upgraded to Category 3 storm as it approaches UK

The dreaded hurricane is set to head towards the UK at some point has triggered the highest possible "red status" weather warning there is.

Hurricane Ophelia has now been upgraded to a Category 3 (Categories go from 1 to 5. 1 being not much to worry about and 5 being really dangerous) Category 3 means it is quite dangerous with ferocious wind speeds. A red weather warning means people should "take should take action now to keep yourself and others safe" from extreme conditions.
The Irish Meteorological Service has issued a red alert for the UK 24 hours before hurricane Ophelia is forecast to head into the south of the country.
The hurricane has been reported to have had savage winds of up to 80mph. However the hurricane is predicted to reach 115mph gusts and 35ft waves are also forecast.
The forecaster said: "Hurricane Ophelia is expected to transition to a post tropical storm as it approaches our shores on Monday bringing severe winds and stormy conditions .
"Mean wind speeds in excess of 80 km/h and gusts in excess of 130km/h are expected, potentially causing structural damage and disruption, with dangerous marine conditions due to high seas and potential flooding."
My thoughts on this is obviously this could cause major damage if it does hit the UK however one part of me thinks it won't happen as we haven't really had any major hurricanes to come to the UK before so i am a bit skeptical of it actually happening, however if it does manage to reach the UK it would be quite scary and go down in history as this is the first major hurricane the UK has had. (RIP to anyone who gets involved in this hurricane and I hope no one gets hurt or killed!)

Dove are you average or beautiful?

In this advert we can see women over the world are confronted with two doors to choose from, "average" or "beautiful". Most of the women chose average. This shows us the audience that most women don't think that they are beautiful and this could be because of what we see on social media and TV and what is shown as "beautiful".

This advert was created to try and boost women's self-esteem as you shouldn't think that you are not beautiful due to what you are told but what you think of yourself.

I think this advert is quite effective as it shows the women talking and giving their views and thoughts on why they chose the average door instead of the beautiful door and how they would change their mind and go through the beautiful door if they could.

This advert did receive some backlash because some people thought of the advert that in order to go through the beautiful door you need to buy "dove" products and some people thought that was defeating the object of believing in yourself.

Cyclist left with broken spine after being ‘rugby tackled’ by angry driver

A driver from Harrogate could face prison time after admitting to assault from causing actual bodily harm following an attack on a female cyclist in a road rage incident.
Martyn Lee 46 years old is the one who attacked 38-year-old Caroline Livesey after he had to take evasive action to avoid driving into her after she swerved when a dog ran into the road.
“The defendant had to drive into the middle of both carriageways to narrowly miss Mrs Livesey,” Shawn Morales, prosecuting, told York Crown Court. “The complainant said the defendant then drove past her shouting something about ‘undertaking’.
“Further down the road he had stopped and, as the complainant went past, he rugby tackled her from the bike and she hit the back of her head on the road surface. He told her, ‘To be honest, I thought you were a bloke’.”

Mrs Livesey, who had recently started working part time in order to pursue a “semi-pro” triathlon career, suffered a sacral fracture in the inner-pelvic area of her spine as well as cuts and bruises to her lower back and head.

My overall thoughts on this are quite mixed because of how crazy this was and it was such an overreaction but it caused the cyclist to have a broken spine. I think the driver was reckless and stupid to do such a thing as he blew the whole situation out of proportion and left the cyclist with a life changing injury. I do think the driver should be put in prison as what he did was awful and the situation could have been handled better.

Rich Piana death 25th August 2017

The bodybuilding community is quite a small community compared to other communities such as gaming or sports communities. So to lose one of the biggest bodybuilding icons there is was a huge shock to everyone. Rich Piana was taking steroids for 20 years but he had openly admitted that to everyone. He also used to sniff his pre-workout instead of having it with water as "the effects were more fast".

He was at his house having a hair cut from his wife Chanel Jansen when she said that he didn't look to good and he collapsed. He was put into a coma for 2 weeks before waking up again but sadly passed away a couple of days later.

A lot of bodybuilders will take a lot of supplements to boost testosterone and help muscle growth. Not all bodybuilders take steroids but a vast majority I think do because it isn't something that they will admit so its hard to say if all take it. But i do think that a lot will take "human growth hormones" to boost there physique.

In my opinion I think it is pretty stupid to take steroids as it can cause some serious injuries and limits your life span. The average person who takes steroids doesn't really live for long and if it does go well for you when you get older your muscles turn to fat which could cause obvious health problems. I also think it was stupid to sniff pre-workout because you're meant to have it with water and it gives you energy. So to sniff it allows you to get the effects faster but causes health and body issues.

Medium shot.
The medium shot is used for usually dialogue scenes, and they allow the viewer to pick up on the character's movements and gestures. Body language is important to conveying emotion, and the medium shot remains close enough to capture that emotion.

Close up shot.
Close up shots are used to show something or someone in great detail and is usually showing the face of a person talking or used to zoom in to something to focus the audience onto whatever they are showing.

The Bird's-Eye view.
Birds eye view is viewing a scene from directly above it looking down. This puts the audience in a "god like" position as we are looking down onto everyone else.

High Angle.
This shot is kind off like a birds eye view but not as extreme, the camera is slightly elevated above the scene to give the audience a overview of what is going on.

Low Angle
This shot is used to make an actor look bigger then they are to show the audience that he or she has the most power out of everyone else. The actor will be shown to be the "biggest" making it seem like they are the most important.

Not so amazing and not so creative video...

Cross-platform advertising.

What is cross-platform advertising?

In this mini essay i will be discussing what cross-platform advertising is and the pros and cons to it.

Cross platform advertising is when someone will try to show off their product using more than one platform of advertising. For example instead of trying to advertise something by just putting it into a magazine, they may use social media, bill boards, posters etc.

I think using social media is very important because so many people have Facebook, Instagram, twitter and any other form of social media. By using this you will have a higher chance of having people see what you are advertising. If you was to advertise something by using just one platform of media then the chances are it isn't going to get seen by as many people.

An example would be the company MyProtein. They use social media to advertise their products and clothing because they know that is where everyone will be. However instead of just using social media they will use magazines or be advertised on different websites to get the most amount of people to see them and have a higher chance of having people buy from them.

Cross-platform advertising is the best way to get your product or your business across to people because the more platforms you can advertise yourself on the more that people are going to see it.

This can make businesses very successful because if they get more customers then they more people buying stuff from them which will make them more money. This shows that if you can advertise yourself on multi platforms then your business has a higher chance of succeeding.

The downside to advertising yourself on different platforms is that it can be very expensive and will lose you a lot of money so it is a risk because if people choose to ignore it and don't buy anything from you then it is money that is wasted.
